How does delivery work?
We ship across the European Union and the United Kingdom using trusted carriers. Average delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on destination.
All orders include a tracking code, sent directly to your email.
Can I exchange my order? (Within 14 days)
Yes. If the size, color or style wasn’t perfect, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer, but Lysora covers the new shipping.

What about returns and refunds?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU consumer law.
- Items must be in perfect condition, unused, with tags and packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection, to the same payment method used.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers.
- All payments are processed with SSL encryption and PCI standards for data protection.
- Final prices are shown transparently (including taxes when applicable).
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. Please check bust, waist and hips measurements. When in doubt between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for adjustments.

Is there a quality guarantee?
Yes. All items go through quality control. If you find a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund as appropriate.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking code via email. Check your inbox and spam folder. For assistance, email us at contact@lysorastore.com.
How does Lysora handle my data?
We comply with the GDPR. We collect only the data necessary to process your order, store it securely, and never share without your consent. You may request access, correction, or deletion at any time via contact@lysorastore.com.
